If you need a senior lawyer with specialist knowledge, you will get one. But if we think a paralegal could do some of the work as well as a senior lawyer, then the paralegal will do it. Flexibility is an important part of what we offer you. Every client has different needs, and we do our best to cater for those. For example, if you prefer to meet at regular intervals to review your situation, we are happy to do that; if you prefer to contact us on an ad hoc basis only, we are equally happy with that too. We can also tailor other aspects of our service – how we report to you, or how you instruct us, for example – to your own preferences.
