In order to do that, we emphasise the importance of communication within the firm itself. We have an ‘open-door’ culture, an informal and friendly atmosphere and open-plan offices.

We also have an active social calendar, including wine tastings, barbecues, golf days, and we have hockey, cricket, tennis and netball teams. So there’s plenty of opportunity to get to know colleagues and talk about life beyond law.

And then there’s life outside work. We really do believe in work/life balance, and many staff work flexi-time or part-time.
