One of Scotland’s best-known lawyers has joined Lindsays.
Jamie Millar joins the firm as a Partner on 1st May, bringing 30 years of experience as a corporate lawyer with a distinguished track record in mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, corporate finance, joint ventures and re-structuring and re-organisation.
The Vice-President of the Law Society of Scotland joins the firm from Brodies. He is a member of the International Bar Association and also of the Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow.
