Iain Atack and Sandy Reid have, once again, been formally recognised as specialists in their field of expertise.
Iain Atack has been re-accredited as a specialist in Employment Law by the Law Society of Scotland. Iain heads up our Employment Team and has long-standing experience in dealing with all areas of employment law. He is also a Member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Employment Law Committee and acts as a part-time Employment Judge. His re-accreditation is evidence of his growing recognition as one of the leading employment lawyers in Scotland.
Sandy Reid is a Consultant in our Employment Team, and has recently qualified as a Mediator. Sandy has a wealth of experience in employment law matters, developed over 25 years in practice. He is also accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Employment Law. Becoming a qualified Mediator means he has the skills required to help clients come to a mutually acceptable solution without the need for litigation. This is an increasingly popular way of reducing stress, and legal fees, in situations of conflict.
