Clare is a Partner in our commercial property team based in our Glasgow office. She deals with a broad range of transactions including commercial acquisitions and disposals, leasing for landlord and tenant, investment portfolio management and corporate support.
Clare has developed expertise in the leisure and hospitality sector and is experienced in dealing with transactions involving hotels, restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which has given her an in-depth knowledge of the specific legal issues involved.
She also acts for both landowners and developers in often substantial development transactions, including student accommodation projects and residential site assembly and strategic planning.
