Professional experience
Alan is a Partner in our Commercial Property group and has over 20 years experience in a broad range of commercial property matters including property development, investment, retail, banking, insolvency and project-related work.
Alan acts for several of the firm’s major banking and finance clients such as Clydesdale Bank plc, Lloyds Banking Group, Allied Irish Bank and Bank of Ireland.
Alan also works with many family businesses and has built up particular expertise in acting for organisations in the healthcare sector.
