Professional experience
Alan has over 16 years experience in financial services, more than 11 of which have been with a professional services firm. Alan’s role involves working closely with Partners and staff within the firm to advise their clients on financial services solutions tailored to business or personal planning needs. He provides holistic financial planning advice to private clients, companies, owner-managers and trust funds.
The main areas in which Alan advises include tax-efficient wealth extraction from business, succession planning, employee benefit provision, retirement provision, investment planning and advice in relation to inheritance tax and capital gains tax mitigation.
Alan has successfully completed his Diploma in Financial Planning and is among only a small percentage of Independent Financial Advisers registered in the UK who have achieved this Diploma.
