Professional experience
Barbara is Lindsay’s Risk & Compliance Director. She is responsible for advising the firm on regulatory and professional compliance matters, supporting the Client Relations Partner in maintaining client relations and investigating client complaints, liaising with the Law Society, the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission and the firm’s insurers, and supporting the Management Board in implementing the firm’s risk management programme.
Barbara is a qualified lawyer.
