Professional experience

Claire is an Associate in Lindsays Litigation Group and is based in our Glasgow office. She has many years experience in all areas of litigation, particularly family law. She advises on a wide range of matters, including financial and child care issues. She has acted as court reporter and curator in Sheriff Court child care and children's referral cases. She has also acted in both contentious and non-contentious adoption cases.

Her practice has expanded to include dealing with cases under the Adults With Incapacity legislation. She appears regularly in court in relation to contentious matters and also advises on alternative forms of dispute resolution.
