Professional experience

Hannah is a Senior Associate in our Employment group. She acts for both employers and employees in relation to non-contentious matters such as contractual and policy issues as well as representing clients at Employment Tribunal. Hannah regularly advises clients in relation to atypical workers and working arrangements including part-time, flexible and casual working as well as consultancy posts.

Hannah has built up expertise in advising charities on employment matters. She has recently advised several charity clients in relation to organisational restructures which included guiding one client through a difficult redundancy programme. Hannah is a charity trustee which gives her an excellent insight into the issues facing the sector today.

Hannah also plays an important role in our client training programmes and is a regular presenter at events. She recently presented at a large charity sector event in relation to the employment aspects of joint working and mergers. She has also just presented to a large outplacement counselling service on aspects of redundancy and Compromise Agreement.

“Hannah Roche of Lindsays’ Employment Team provides us with a very professional, personable and accommodating service. Her advice is consistent, balanced, constructive and practical at all times. Most importantly, she listens to what we need to achieve and guides us through the complexities of employment law to our objective.” - Fiona Harper, Head of Employment Affairs, SELECT
