Professional experience

Jennifer works in our Edinburgh office and is a Solicitor in our family law team. She is trained as a collaborative solicitor and represents clients in both non-contentious cases and those where litigation is required.

Her practice principally encompasses financial issues on separation and divorce, cohabitation, prenuptial agreements and cases involving children. She also has a particular expertise in guardianship applications. Jennifer often works on high value and complex cases involving the valuation of shares in private companies, taxation and pension interests as well as cases involving international aspects.
