Professional experience

Laura works in our Edinburgh office and is a solicitor in our Corporate & Technology department. Laura is also a member of our Charities team and her work largely focuses on the corporate aspects of charity law. In particular, Laura provides advice to a wide range of our charity clients on matters including corporate governance, mergers, joint working, constitutional issues and regulatory compliance.

Laura also provides advice to clients in relation to general corporate matters such as incorporation, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and investment funding.
