Nina is a Partner in our Family law team with over 25 years’ experience as a solicitor, principally as a litigator. She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in family law and is a member of the Family Law Association and Consensus Scotland, being trained in collaborative practice.
Nina has extensive experience of advocacy in the Sheriff Court having personally conducted a large number of family court hearings including multi day proofs. She is also regularly instructed by clients litigating in the Court of Session, including high value financial provision divorce cases, child relocation and child abduction. Many of her clients are based overseas.
In addition, she advises on all contracts relating to marriage and
cohabitation, including Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, Cohabitation
Agreements and Separation Agreements.
