Professional experience

Sharon is an Associate in our Commercial Property group. She has experience in a wide range of property transactions including including acquisitions and disposals; leasing for landlords and tenants, particularly of licensed premises including hotels, bars and restaurants; property development; property finance on behalf of borrowers and lenders and the property aspects of corporate transactions having been involved in a number of large corporate transactions during the current year.

She has significant experience of large scale commercial property projects including in the education and healthcare sectors, and brings an excellent level of technical ability to the team.

Sharon also acts as a professional support lawyer, providing legal research support for her colleagues, organising the property group’s training programme and updating document styles.
