Sheena is a Partner in the Jedburgh office with over 20 years' experience of working in a rural practice. Her practice covers a variety of areas including agricultural, commercial and residential property, as well as private client work.
Credential highlights
- Advising successive generations of Borders families on all of their legal needs.
- Purchasing and selling residential properties throughout Scotland from Orkney to Berwick upon Tweed.
- The purchase of an estate in the Highlands in excess of £1m and the purchase of substantial country house and policies in Southern Scotland in excess of £750,000.
- Co-ordinating the highly unusual auction of the Mertoun Village Hall which was one of the first auctions of its type in the Borders. This involved the preparation of all requested legal documentation and title packs for the completion of the sale so the purchaser could sign Articles of Roup on the same day as the auction.
- Acting for purchasers in the acquisition of various licensed premises in the Jedburgh area.
