Professional experience

Stephen Farrell is a solicitor in Lindsays’ Dispute Resolution and Litigation Department. Stephen joined Lindsays in 2009 and completed a two-year specialised traineeship in Litigation. Stephen conducts litigation in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session. He manages a varied caseload in a wide variety of areas including: debt recovery; commercial litigation; personal injury and medical negligence; and property litigation.

Stephen has particular expertise in landlord and tenant issues. He acts for a wide variety of landlords, letting agents and public bodies in relation to evictions and antisocial behaviour, as well as legal management issues including revising tenancy agreements and management terms and conditions. Stephen also presents seminars on residential leasing.

Stephen always offers practical and commercial advice to his clients and ensures he provides a thorough and personal service.
