Traditionally, Litigation has been viewed as a reluctant purchase, There is always a place for Litigation and recourse to the Courts, and should that be necessary, then we are well equipped to meet such challenges on behalf of our clients. Commercially aware individuals and corporate clients now expect alternative and imaginative approaches to problem solving. At Lindsays we will look at the options available and recommend the most appropriate remedy. This may involve Court proceedings, but we will seek the solution that best meets the client’s needs.

If a resolution can be achieved at an earlier stage, perhaps through some pre-emptive action, then unnecessary business disruption and expense may be avoided. Taking advantage of sound legal advice at an early stage could turn out to be the most cost-effective strategy of all.

We can also employ dispute resolution and litigation in relation to other specialist areas such as: construction law, intellectual property, employment, licensing, and commercial property.

Should court proceedings be required, we have considerable litigation resources and experience available. We have a good track record of successfully representing clients in the Sheriff Courts, the Court of Session, and Fatal Accident Inquiries. We also offer experience in the Lyon Court.
