Our success at Lindsays depends on everyone at the firm, not just our talented lawyers. From paralegals to marketing specialists, and from finance teams to facilities, we develop and celebrate the people who keep Lindsays thriving.
We foster professional development across all our teams and roles. This includes encouraging legal secretaries to do paralegal qualifications, and people in other roles to pursue CPD and qualifications that benefit both our business and our clients.
We also offer all our legal and business services staff access to soft skills training, such time management, effective emailing, and team leading.
I've always said that Lindsays is very much a family-orientated place. Often as firms get bigger, they lose that but, in my opinion, Lindsays has never lost it.
Across Lindsays, our teams will tell you that we support their success and that we want our people not just to stay with us, but to progress with us as well.
Great examples of this include Jackie, who started in the mailroom and became a manager; Megan, who we’re supporting through her Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications; and Scott, who joined us as an Office Assistant and is now a Team Leader.
Life at Lindsays is collaborative, challenging and rewarding. We want our people to thrive – both inside and outside the office, in every role, and at every stage of their career. We support this through our culture, development opportunities, working practices, and benefits package.
Think you’d be a great addition to our team? We’d love to hear about your background and experience.
