Abbey is an Associate in Lindsays’ Residential Property team.

She advises clients on a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, supporting them through property sales, purchases, transfers of title and new build transactions.

Abbey has particular experience in dealing with large and complex Sasine titles, including transfers of land, as well as the sale and purchase of land, farmland and estates. She also assists clients with buy-to-let investments, providing practical and commercially focused advice throughout the transaction process.

Known for her approachable manner and attention to detail, Abbey works closely with clients to help ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently from instruction to completion.

Abbey obtained her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Aberdeen.
