Alison McKee heads Lindsays’ award-winning Family Law team. She is accredited by The Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in both Family Law and Child Law. Alison has over 20 years of experience and has worked exclusively in the areas of family and child law for the past 15 years.
Alison has extensive experience of all aspects of family law, including the financial provision on divorce, pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, child law, international child abduction and surrogacy.
Alison also has significant advocacy experience, including conducting all stages of Sheriff Court actions as well as being regularly instructed in relation to Court of Session matters.
Whilst trained in litigation, Alison is also trained in collaborative law. She is a member of the Family Law Association, the Scottish Collaborative Family Law Group and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
Alison is on the panel of Reporting Officers Curator ad Litems for Glasgow Sheriff Court.
