Amanda Frenz is a Partner in our Perth office, with over 30 years’ experience of property transactions. She helps clients purchase and sell properties in Perth, Crieff, Tayside and beyond, offering practical, tailored support on property transfers, title issues, mortgages, and other residential property matters.
Strong and empathetic relationships with clients are important to Amanda, and she uses her extensive knowledge of the local market, excellent negotiating skills, and vast experience in property to secure successful outcomes.
As a former Director of the Perthshire Solicitors Property Centre (PSPC) for many years, where she also worked closely with the Tayside Solicitors Property Centre (TSPC), Alison’s knowledge of the local property market is exceptional.
