Andrew Duff is a Director in our Rural – Land and Business team, based in Edinburgh but working with individuals, families, businesses, and estates across Scotland.
Andrew specialises in rural property, supporting clients who want to purchase, sell, or lease property. He has a particular interest in environmental law and its application to land and buildings, and also helps clients on all the legal issues relating to mineral leases and options for windfarms.
Andrew qualified as a Solicitor in 1987 and as well as specialising in rural property has wide experience in commercial property. He uses this dual experience to deliver practical solutions and outcomes for a wide variety of clients, from private individuals to well-known PLCs to public-sector organisations.
