About Aziz
Aziz advises banks, borrowers and peer-to-peer lenders in relation to general property finance matters, real estate acquisitions and development finance. He is involved in the preparation and negotiation of loan and security documentation and reports on title and lease arrangements to his clients.
Aziz has a background in residential and commercial property and he has acted on behalf of individuals, businesses, investors, landlords and tenants in both the public and private sector, in relation to purchasing, selling, refinancing and leasing properties.
Having originally graduated with an honours degree in Accountancy before going on to study Law, Aziz then completed his LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow.
