Beth Gerrard is a Paralegal in our Residential Property team, based in our Dundee office. Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland in residential conveyancing, she has worked in the conveyancing sector for five years and supports clients with a wide range of transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, discharges and transfers.
Beth acts for first-time buyers, families finding their forever home, property investors and companies. She understands that buying, selling or transferring a home can feel stressful, and takes pride in making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
