Caroline Fraser is a Partner in our Private Client Services team and also head of our Dundee office.
She advises individuals and families on a broad range of personal affairs such as making and updating their Wills and Powers of Attorney, care for the elderly, and the administration of executries, including contentious estates and post-death planning.
She has a particular interest in trust law and regularly advises clients on the formation, variation, and termination of private and charitable trusts and the tax matters associated with that.
Caroline also has a keen interest in succession planning and supports families on inheritance tax and general estate planning, often working closely with financial and taxation professionals.
In all these areas, she thrives on helping people plan for themselves and their families, always looking out for their individual needs.
