Caroline Mackintosh is a Partner in our Family Law team, supporting families across Perthshire and Tayside.
Caroline is highly experienced in all aspects of family law and child law, including divorce and separation, contact and residence, cohabitation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and adoption. She is trained in Collaborative Law.
Her expertise in child law and family law means she is regularly asked by Sheriff Courts across Scotland to assist in legal proceedings, acting as a safeguarder, curator ad litem, or child welfare reporter, depending on the case.
Caroline returned to Family Law practice after four years with the Scottish Government where she was involved in policy advisory work and drafting secondary legislation in the area of children and education.
