Carolyn Mitchell is a Senior Paralegal in our Private Client Services team, with over 15 years’ experience.
She supports our clients on all aspects of executry administration, both where a Will exists or when someone has died without making one. In both these situations, she deals with all the steps involved, including estate investigation, inheritance tax, legal rights, and completing the executry accounts.
Carolyn studied as an Executry Paralegal at the University of Strathclyde, graduating in 2010 with a Certificate of Performance in Specialist Paralegal Studies in Wills, Trust and Executries.
