Chloe Robertson is a Senior Solicitor in our Rural – Land & Business team.
She works with individuals, families, businesses and estates across Scotland, helping them navigate a wide range of rural matters. This includes buying and selling farms, estates, and forestry, and providing advice on matters ranging from salmon fishings to Barony titles, as well as advising on voluntary registration, security work and agricultural tenancies.
Chloe trained with a firm in the Scottish Borders before moving to Edinburgh, where she qualified as a rural solicitor in 2023.

That includes buying and selling, agricultural tenancies and crofting, access rights and servitudes, renewables, minerals and telecoms, rural disputes, and the contracts that support rural businesses. We also have specialist experience in Scottish barony titles and heraldry, including the sale and purchase of feudal dignities.
