About Chris
Chris is a Partner and Head of our Residential Property and Estate Agency department and is based in Dundee. He was previously head of our Dundee office from 2017 to 2025.
Chris specialises in residential and commercial sales, purchases and leasing for both landlords and tenants. He also has experience with Small Claims and summary cause litigation work on landlord and tenant issues and debt collection.
Chris was a Tutor and Lecturer at Dundee University from 2009 to 2020 and was jointly responsible for designing a new Conveyancing elective module to comply with LSS guidelines. He is the Clerk to the Bonnetmaker Craft of Dundee which is the largest of the Nine Incorporated Trades of Dundee and a board member of the TSPC (Tayside Solicitors’ Property Centre).
Chris is a Non-Executive member of the Lindsays’ management board and is involved in the Firm’s on-going management and strategic matters.
