Clair Cranston is a Senior Associate in our Family Law team, supporting families across Perthshire and Tayside.
She regularly works on a wide range of family law issues, including the financial aspects of divorce and separation, cohabitation agreements, and disputes arising where a cohabitee has passed away.
She has a particular interest in child law, including contact and residence disputes, relocation issues and specific issue orders. In addition, she has advised many parents whose children have additional support needs.
Clair is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and also in Child Law by the Law Society of Scotland. She is certified in Trauma-Informed Law by the Law Society, recognising the impact that trauma has on individuals and their decision-making.
Clair is a member of the Family Law Association, the Law Society of Scotland, and a Notary Public.
