Claire is a Solicitor based in our Edinburgh office and is part of the Family Law team.
She joined Lindsays as a trainee in 2017, having gained her undergraduate degree at Dundee University and her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde.
Claire provides advice on a broad range of family law issues including financial provision on divorce and separation, cohabitation, pre-nuptial/post-nuptial agreements and child related matters. She seeks to negotiate settlements on behalf of her clients wherever possible but also has experience in conducting Sheriff Court cases.
She is a Notary Public and a Mentor for the Law Society of Scotland Lawscot Foundation.
