Craig is a Partner in the Lindsays' Personal Injury team. Having spent his career practising across all areas of personal injury law, Craig has built a strong reputation for providing clear, strategic advice and robust representation to clients pursuing compensation following an injury.
He regularly represents clients in sheriff courts across Scotland and has significant experience litigating actions in the All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court in Edinburgh.
Craig advises on a broad range of personal injury claims, with particular expertise in road traffic accidents, workplace accident claims, occupiers' liability and public liability disputes. His extensive litigation experience enables him to guide clients confidently through every stage of the claims process, from initial advice through to court proceedings where required.
Craig supports individuals and families dealing with the physical, emotional and financial impact of injury, always focusing on achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.
Known for his pragmatic and approachable manner, Craig works closely with those he represents to ensure they understand their options and feel supported throughout what can often be a challenging time.
Craig is a member of APIL, and regularly attends meetings of the Motor Accident Solicitor’s Society (MASS).
