Daniel McKaveney is a solicitor in our Immigration team.
Having specialised in immigration law during his traineeship, Daniel has worked exclusively in the field since qualifying as a solicitor. He advises individuals, families and businesses on a wide range of immigration matters, providing clear, practical guidance throughout the process.
As part of our immigration advisory services, Daniel assists with a variety of immigration and nationality applications, including partner visas, Skilled Worker visas and applications for settlement. He also supports employers with right to work checks, sponsor licence applications and ongoing sponsor compliance duties.
Daniel is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA) and serves as co-convenor of the ILPA Scotland Working Group. He is also an ad hoc contributor to the immigration law publication Free Movement.
