David is a recognised specialist in personal injury law, representing clients across Scotland in complex and high-value injury claims

David is a Partner in the firm's Personal Injury team and is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law. He is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

He acts for pursuers in a wide range of personal injury claims and regularly represents clients in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session. David has particular expertise in accidents at work and complex personal injury litigation, including fatal claims, and advises clients across Scotland on all aspects of personal injury law.

David has built a reputation for delivering robust representation and straightforward advice in complex personal injury cases. He is committed to helping clients secure the compensation and support they need following an accident or injury.

David also advises members and officials of a number of trade unions on a broad range of trade union law matters.
