About David
David is Lindsays Risk & Compliance Partner. He is responsible for advising the firm on regulatory and professional compliance matters and investigating client complaints.
He is also involved in liaising with the Law Society, the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission and the firm’s insurers, and supporting the Management Board in implementing the firm’s risk management programme. David has over 10 years’ experience in dispute resolution.
