David ensures that every department across Lindsays complies with the highest professional standards
David Walker is our Risk and Compliance Partner, advising teams across the firm on regulatory and professional compliance matters, supporting our Management Board, and investigating any client complaints received.
In implementing our risk management programme, he liaises with the Law Society, the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission, and the firm’s insurers.
David has over ten years’ experience in dispute resolution.
