When to review your Will?
Reviewing your Will should ideally be done at least every five years, or sooner if your personal circumstances have changed
David White is a Solicitor in our Private Client Services team, supporting a broad range of individuals, families, business owners, and trustees around Perthshire.
His experience includes inheritance tax and succession planning, Wills, Powers of Attorney, all aspects of using and setting up trusts, and administration of estates and executries. He has a keen interest in all the legal issues relating to charitable trusts.
David is an Associate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is currently undertaking the professional STEP Diploma.
He is also a Notary Public registered with the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office.
David previously sat on the board of a national youth charity, and is currently the Chairman of Folklore Scotland and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Art.
