He advises on a wide range of property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, development, commercial leasing, and investment deals. His client base includes developers, lenders, corporate occupiers, retailers, investors, and charities and involves sectors as diverse as office investments, serviced apartments, logistics and warehousing, development land, and children's nurseries.

Clients include EG Group, Steer Automotive, Brake Bros, RNIB, Smyths Toys, Well Pharmacies, and RRH.

Derek is highly respected across the Scottish property sector for the wealth of experience and knowledge he brings to every transaction.
