Emma McFarlane is a Solicitor in our Private Client Services team. She joined Lindsays in 2022 as a trainee solicitor.
Emma has quickly built up her experience across a range of private client matters, and has been called “a credit to the firm” by clients.
She helps individuals and families with a range of practical support, including on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and planning for the future. She has also had articles published and assisted on a book providing practical guidance on legal rights in Scotland.
Emma is a Notary Public.
