Ernie Boath is a Partner in our Private Client Services team.
He advises clients on Wills, Powers of Attorney, inheritance planning, executries, and a full range of other private client matters including intervention and guardianship orders.
He has been appointed guardian for a number of incapable adults and administers a number of private and charitable trusts.
For nearly 20 years, Ernie was Secretary of the Angus Committee of Tayside Valuation Appeal Panel and was also a part-time occasional Sheriff Clerk in Forfar. In addition, he has taught on the Private Client course in the University of Dundee Post Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
