Farhan is a Senior Solicitor in our Banking and Finance team, based in Edinburgh.
He advises both lender and borrower clients on a wide range of financing matters, including bridging, development, and property finance. His experience spans both domestic and cross-border transactions, developed during his time at an international law firm, giving him a strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional finance work.
Before joining Lindsays, Farhan gained in-house experience within local government, further broadening his commercial and regulatory insight.
