Gill Hyams is an Associate in our Private Client team, based in Edinburgh.
She advises on Wills and estate planning, trusts, Powers of Attorney, care cost planning and executry administration.
Gill is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP) and received the STEP Worldwide Excellence Award for the Advanced Certificate in Taxation of Trusts and Estates (Scotland). She is also a member of the Edinburgh Care Forum.
Gill holds a First Class Joint Honours degree in Law and European Legal Studies from the University of Aberdeen and the Universidad de Deusto, and completed her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh.
