Harriet Waters is an Associate in our Private Client Services team.
She supports people and their families on a wide variety of private client matters including drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney, and administering executries.
She is a full member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and completed the STEP Diploma with Merit.
Harriet is actively involved in our Lindsays Links initiative, helping lawyers in the earlier stages of their professional careers to build their networks and connections. She hosted our launch networking event, “A guide to being a grown up”.
She completed her LLB (Hons) Degree and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Dundee.
Harriet is a Notary Public and is registered with the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office.
