Heather is a Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation team based in Edinburgh.
Heather gained her LLB in 2019 and her Diploma in 2020. She joined Lindsays in September 2022. Prior to becoming a Solicitor, Heather worked in Policing and Local Government housing.
Heather provides advice to both commercial and private clients on a range of legal matters, including contractual and commercial disputes, debt recovery and enforcement, property disputes, tenant and landlord disputes, guardianship applications and public inquiries. She regularly appears in the First Tier Housing Tribunal, the Sheriff Court and as instructing Solicitor to Counsel in the Court of Session.
Heather has a particular interest in disputed executry matters. She has advised clients on will challenges, proving the tenor of a lost will, recovering debt from a deceased’s estate, count reckoning and payment actions, and reductions of confirmation.
Heather is a Notary Public.
