About Heather

Heather is a Senior Solicitor in our Family Law team based in Edinburgh. 

Heather gained her LLB in 2019 and her Diploma in 2020. She joined Lindsays in September 2022 as a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department and moved to the Family Law team in February 2026. Prior to becoming a Solicitor, Heather worked in Policing and Local Government housing.

Heather has advocacy experience in a variety of civil matters and regularly appears in the Sheriff Court and as instructing Solicitor to Counsel in the Court of Session.  Heather advises on family law matters including divorce, cohabitation, care arrangements for children; prenuptial and post nuptial agreements as well as separation and cohabitation Agreements.

Heather is a Notary Public and is certified in Trauma Informed Law.
