Meet the team

We advise on the legal matters that come with land, rural property and rural enterprise. That includes buying and selling, agricultural tenancies and crofting, access rights and servitudes, renewables, minerals and telecoms, rural disputes, and the contracts that support rural businesses. We also have specialist experience in Scottish barony titles and heraldry, including the sale and purchase of feudal dignities.

Who we help

We work with estates, farmers, crofters, rural businesses, investors and community bodies. We also help clients in Scotland and overseas who want to secure or transfer a Scottish barony title, or explore heraldry as part of their connection to Scotland and its traditions.

Whether you’re planting new roots or carrying on a family legacy, we’ll help you protect what matters and move forward well prepared.
