Juan is an Associate working in our Corporate & Commercial team in Edinburgh.
Juan's experience includes advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, particularly with regarding to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements.
He completed his qualification in Argentina in 2017 and requalified into English law in 2021. During this period, Juan worked in-house and at top ranked firms in Argentina, Scotland and England where he gained a wealth of experience.
