Kate Burrows is a Solicitor in Lindsays' Charities and Third Sector team.

She advises a wide range of charities on legal and governance matters, providing practical, tailored support to help organisations achieve their objectives. Her experience includes assisting clients with incorporations, constitutional reviews and amendments, legal structure and governance reviews, and winding up procedures.

Working closely with charities of all sizes, Kate provides clear, pragmatic advice that supports effective decision-making and good governance.

Kate completed her LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Aberdeen in 2023 and 2024 respectively.
