Katherine McAlpine is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation team based in Dundee.
Katherine advises clients on a wide variety of civil litigation areas including guardianships, contract disputes, debt recovery, sequestration, private landlord and tenant matters, property disputes, and general commercial disputes including landlord/tenant matters.
Katherine helps both individuals and businesses to pursue and defend disputes and is experienced at appearing at Sheriff Courts across Scotland and before Tribunals.
She understands that the Court process is a last resort for many clients and will always look at alternative methods of resolving disputes for her clients while communicating clearly about the options, processes, and costs involved.
