Lewis Crofts is a Partner in our Rural – Land & Business team and has a wide-ranging practice involving all aspects of rural property.
Lewis has completed numerous complex sales and acquisitions of rural properties including crofting properties, large farming operations, castles, and estates. He has also acted in several high-value forestry transactions. He also advises on aspects of agricultural tenancies and estate management.
He has a strong background in renewable wind and hydro projects for developers and estates and has recently advised on several battery storage and solar projects. He also acts for landowners on telecommunication mast sites.
Another area of his experience is providing property advice and complete multiple Compulsory Purchase Orders for statutory bodies on infrastructure projects.
