A leading adviser in the rural and agricultural sector, Linda supports clients with a wide range of legal needs across the rural economy. Her expertise includes transactional business involving all types of rural property, traditional conveyancing matters, succession planning, business structuring, partnership reorganisation and agricultural holdings.
She also brings significant experience in developing areas relating to natural capital. This includes advising on land reform, regulatory change across rural industries, agritourism, diversification strategies and renewables projects - helping clients make informed decisions in a changing landscape.
Linda is a graduate of the Scottish Enterprise Rural Leadership Programme, a former Vice President of Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland (RHASS) and also former Vice Chair of the Central Committee of Scottish Land and Estates. She is also ranked in the Chambers legal directory, reflecting her strong reputation in the field.
